I haven't played it, but I know Bobby's World is out there, too.

Unreleased?

How about untranslated, and later fan translated? Great selection there.

Indeed. The only unreleased (and fan translated) game of note is Star Fox 2.

Yeah, there is a good reason why most unreleased games were unreleased. Most of them are pretty bad.

That being said, here is a large (but admittedly incomplete) list of snes unreleased games:

F-Zero 2 could be as well.

Don't forget Nightmare Busters and Congo - Secret of Zinj.

Terranigma was never released in the west, and it's one of the best games on the system.

Wrong. The USA is not the only place in the west. It has been released all over Europe.

Europe is not in the western hemisphere, which is what I was getting at.
Obviously Terranigma was released in Europe, as the Japanese version has a different title and was in Japanese.

I doubt you were getting at that, because Europe is generally referred to as part of the west, and is even geographically partially located in the western hemisphere.

It is not common not to count Europe as part of the west.

I doubt you were getting at that, because...

But why would he have suggested the game if it was just the Japanese version? I think he honestly just said it stupid.

Sure aren't a lot of prototype/beta games on the SNES floating around huh?

Even for Genesis, I can think of 2 prime examples: Sonic Crackers and the beta of Sonic 2.

Jelly Boy 2 (no relation at all to Ocean's cruddy Jelly Boy) is a great unreleased game.

Hmm, I always thought they produced Bobby's World and Congo. FX Fighter would have been interesting. I definitely would have gotten Steven Seagal's game, I loved his movies.
