Need help with a game (Road Trip PS2)

I've had it with this game...I've been playing it for about three weeks, I've gotten 98% of the game finished...and I'm stuck.

Two places are giving me fits...

1. I can't find the very last person to fill in My City, so I can get all of the My City stamps collected (I believe the name of the character is Kuwano, based on the pretty incomplete guide from Gamefaqs)

2. How in the world do you successfully complete the Rainbow Jump in Clould Hill?? I can hit the target regularly, but I'm always going to fast to stop

Help me out so I can get finished with this game. It's killing me...

And if anyone needs help with any other part of the game, let me know...I'll do my best to help. Fun game, I'm just sick of it...(longest I've ever stuck with an RPG-style game though)

I have the exact same missing-person problem, except I think I'm missing more than one. Frustrating as hell, isn't it? :(

I did beat the rainbow jump, and can only tell you to keep trying and vary your techniques. You need the wings and jet, of course, and the best brakes. Try turning as you land.

Yes it is >:( Have you been using the guide they have at Gamefaqs?? The person has put up a list of inhabitants...except I think they were missing one...that's why I believe I am missing one named Kuwano. For being a guide, it's not very helpful >) :/
