A buddy and I created a free Firefox addon that helps you save money buying games on ebay, amazon, and half. It shows the average price the game sells for right on the listing page on those sites. You ten know if you're getting a good deal. It also shows which site has the lowest price on average.
THis is what it looks like on Amazon. (The blue circle is not part of the add-on, just emphasizes the change)

What do you think? I find it really helpful for my game shopping. Try it out and give me some feedback on it.
More info and add-on to install (http://www.videogamepricecharts.com/page/vgpc-price-tool) if you want to try it

looks like a A+ idea,installing in a few.
UPDATE
installed the add-on and so far it's amazing! Except one problem:
Some of the items I search have no UPC in system, which makes me think it is still a BETA.
You should try doing this for movies, cds! An Even the Video Game systems!
I have a question, does it base the price on the condition stated or in general?

Thanks for the feedback HitmanTyler. We try to have every game in the database with a UPC if a UPC is available. Many of the old titles for Atari, NES, and stuff like that don't have UPC's on ebay. If a listing isn't showing up and you see a UPC for it let me know so we can add it. We have about 11,000 games but I'm sure we are missing some.
The prices listed are the overall average. It does not take into account condition or what is included.
Great idea to do it for CD's, DVD's, etc. It would definitely be possible, just take some leg work to get all the listing info so we can track the prices accurately.

This is pretty cool, though what Hitman said, it'd be much better if it also kept condition of item there as well.
You guys should try and expand this to gaming consoles or gaming related stuff. I'm not sure if that is included as I've yet to download, but just putting some feedback.

I also found something kinda wierd, I searched one game and no price came up for the 1st one. Then I clicked on another of the game item and then a price came up. Any idea why?
I am sorry for my negativeity.

It doesn't sound negative at all. These questions are helpful so we can make it better if there is a bug.
What were the item pages this happened on? If this is ebay, most likely one listing used the UPC code and another did not. Because of the difficulty in determining the item by the title alone we only give prices for listings on ebay with the UPC. We have some fancy programming plans to change that, but for now it is a limitation.
