These new clear NES carts have tons of blinky LEDs around the edge that you can cycle through many cool patterns. Also includes a snow falling scene and 4 different Christmas tunes. To see the cart going check out:

Made a cool video of 5 of these carts going at once. Wonder how many it would take to overload the power system...

Hah, pretty clever. And I'm sure I'm the only one playing attention to such details, but I like how Lauren's outfit matches the cart and the NES controller buttons. :P

Is this a Christmas hack of Ice Climbers with Christmas music and awesome lights?

If so, sweet.

Aw, just read the description. Still very cool, though.

is it just the low quality video, or are the leds really blue and yellow?

There are 4 each of red, blue, green, yellow (amber/orange). All but the yellow are completely clear when turned off.

This was done in a lit room, but the camera didn't know how to handle the bright LEDs... The whole cart glows a lot more than in a top loader because it is bouncing around inside. Shows off the different blinky modes pretty good.
