Unless I'm very much mistaken, this is going to be a toughie. I come across GBs of various vintage all the time missing their covers. Have a couple myself in fact.
I do wish you luck, I just think it is unlikely. If you do find a source, though...

Unfortunately not :( I don't have a pink GBA or yellow GBC at all.

A few years ago I ordered some original Gameboy battery cover directly from Nintendo. Might be worth a try.
