My local movie theater constantly impresses me with it's arcade.
On top of an already solid selection of arcade games they added Megaman Power Battles a few months back. I was amazed because this is not a very common arcade game. Even more amazing is that it showed up in Owasso, OK. Today I went to go see Bolt (Which was fantastic BTW) and they had Gunmen Wars!!!
I had never heard of this game before but I am assuming it was never officially released in the US? It was all in Japanese but VERY easy to play. It REALLY reminded me of Sega's Out Trigger, only not as good. But DAMN was it fun!!! I love the controll mechanics, I have never played another arcade game that you controlled movement and your attacks by sliding and swiveling the gun. I also thought that it was cool where it took your picture instead of putting in your initials.
I would like to know others thoughts on this game and if anyone else noticed a resemblance to Out Trigger?
