Complete NES/SNES Cheat Code Book

Hey, guys & gals. I've been searching desperately for a comprehensive cheat code book for the NES/SNES that lists every cheat code for every game ever made. Is there such a book? I've found David Dayton's compilation online but I'm looking for a bound copy. If nothing else I'll probably end up printing it off and punching holes in it and binding it myself, but it would be nice to have a real book. That's what I did for the NES game genie codes (500 plus pages and an ink cartridge). Anyone ever come across anything like this and where could I find one?

I've seen a number of books of this variate printed over the years. But I'm fairly sure that none of them are anywhere even close to 'complete'.

If you're willing to print things out, you may as well just compile them yourself from GameFAQs and print off a copy.
