Oh, good. On the front page, all I could see was "The Onion - Video Game."
I just had a flashback starring The Guy Game.
Real quick...when I was stationed overseas, I used to subscribe to the paper edition of The Onion. My friends would read it when they saw it in my mailbox. People would often tell me, "Man, not much happens in your home town."

I used to write for themushroom.com, the unaffiliated videogame version of the onion.com. It was a blast for two years, back in 98-2000 or 2001 or so. That was my 15 minutes. It was cool showing up to E3 and everyone knew who we were, plus we got in as press, getting us into so many places many couldn't get to. Anyway, if you go to archive.org you can still read a lot or all of the articles. Some of it still really cracks me up when rereading. We used to update it biweekly.

One of my favorite onion video game articles (well partially video games) was about CUDS. Childhood Unfulfillment Desire Syndrome. 30+ year old guys buying video games and other stuff they couldn't afford when they were kids. Can't seem to find it on their site.

EDIT: Managed to find it:
