found a guy thru craigslist that has a 2600 and stunt cycle, 3 controllers, random stuff, and about 10 common games (i have no idea exactly cause he hasnt responded) but how much would this be worth as an estimate. he says it all works and it looks mint from the picture. i offered $40 for the moment

If he wants $200 for that, he is out of his mind. I'd say depending on the model of the Atari that is anywhere from $20-40(not 100% sure on that), if all the games are really dirt common, those are $1 AT MOST. Stunt Cycle, though interesting in both concept and design, as well as moderately fun to play, i'd say is about $20. So for $200 you'd be overpaying.

I got a lot off craigslist for $75, that came with the original Sears brand 2600, 7 different controllers, and roughly 70 loose games with some uncommons. But Stunt Cycle aside, this lot doesn't seem to be worth much more then $40-45. The Stunt Cycle is just a dedicated console but doesn't seem particularly rare or anything, but is probably worth around $15-25.

So I guess $65 does seem about right, but I still don't think I would buy it, especially for $200.

Just an FYI, Atari stuff seems to be particularly hard to unload these days (unless it's particularly rare stuff) so you might have to sit on it for awhile before it sells.

i kno nothing about atari what so ever. just that its older than i am. i remember having some sort of atari as a kid (mid 90's) and i played a fishing game cause all the other games stoped working. thats all my interaction with atari so yea

No, you're not wrong. I think Sea Hunt is the best you have there. The rest is a big bag o' "meh."

Almost all of them are super common titles you can get for around a $1 or so...heck, even less!

Yeah, he is asking way too much for it. If you are really interested, check with him in a month or so to see if he budges.
