PHANTASM Original Homebrew autographed by the TALL MAN (Angus Scrimm) in October 2008.

ONLY 5 copies of the PHANTASM Autograph cartridge were made..
This is the only cartridge made publicly available.

Full color Horror Role Playing Game.
Search Morningside Cemetery for the Tall Man's interdimensional gate.
Destroy it with the tuning fork to send him back from whence he came.
Watch out for his dwarves.
