Saw this while browsing CL today, seems like a decent deal - $420 for the system and 7 games, but I don't know much about them. Figured I'd post it here in case anyone was interested.

I don't. I think it is very weird when people post good or average deals in a thread dedicated to the nuttiest CL sellers. That may just be me, though.

games in the lot are pretty common, it's an ok deal.
nothing great(system seems to be in fair condition at best),
these games cost on average $20-$30 each, system about $200, but when you're getting bigger bundle like this, you should expect some kind of discount, so like I said nothing great, really.
I'd say don't get it, wait for something better.

if the system isnt modded its not worth 420.00 with the games......
no "new bios" no mod's common games........most 275.00 & he saying 2 games are gamers condition.......

Good to know they can be found for less. I wasn't seriously considering it for myself as I've blown enough cash on gaming-related expenses lately, but I would like one at some point. In my limited knowledge of the AES I thought this was a decent deal but like I said, I don't know much about the game values (I just know that some AES games are obscenely expensive).

I'm with you Cornelius, I've read that thread for entertainment but haven't gone in there looking for good deals.
