I wasn't sure where to post this. I didn't see it anywhere else.
I was browsing at Gamestop today when I saw a new Greatest Hits FFXII with a round red sticker that said something along the lines of save $10 on it. The only other details I could make out where that it was for a very limited time, starting around the Black Friday Weekend and ending Dec. 7 I think. I thought that surely this must be some rebate or redemption thing so I took it to the counter and asked the kid what it meant. He said it meant it was $10 off like I was from Mars, but that sounded good to me so now I have a shrinkwrapped Greatest Hits FFXII that I paid $10 for. Maybe not the greatest deal ever but if you're filling out an RPG collection it might be worth looking for copies with this sticker if you go in the next few days.
I wish I could be more specific on the sticker details. I always make a point of trying to get a shrinkwrapped copy instead of the display, though. The promo number on my receipt is 6100.
