Im thinking about selling some of my boxed systems that I dont play. Ive had this one a few years and only played it once to test it. The glasses are broken on one of the sides . Its broken where it connects to the glasses but it is included. The glasses work fine as is . It is missing 1 controller and the manuals .

Broken glasses, 1 controller, no manuals? $20-30 tops, most buyers will only want the glasses and the box.

I would think higher than that. More around 50.

edit: shipping will make this a much more difficult sale at that price, though.

Shipping - exactly, nobody will bother. But complete master systems are a dime a dozen. This one's not complete, the only items worth grabbing are the glasses (and they're broken) and the box. So, unless the buyer has none of that stuff, it won't go for much. And even then... buyer's market.
