This is the prize for completing GTA 4 100% back when it first came out, and if I remember correctly the contest only ran for a week or so. There aren't very many of these in existence, and while I'd like to hold onto it just for my own self-satisfaction, I could really use the money, as I'm rather broke at the moment. Happy bidding! :)
