Sorry if this has been posted before. I looked but couldn't find it.

This guy is really dedicated to the 360. It's sort of beyond room of doom and kind of a shrine to a single console. What do you think of this? And have you ever seen other console specific theme rooms?

Here's the weirdest thing. Unless he's hiding them somewhere, he has, like, 10 Xbox360 games. He built a shrine to something he's only played a few games on.

Ah to have a basement.... and really off parents to fund such a venture.

Umm. His voice creeps me out. It kinda sounds like he is jerking off while videotaping that.

Interesting concept for a room. I don't think it was the right system though. Now if it was a room built for the NES, then he would be "playing with power!"LOL
DKTheArcadeRat, you are right, the voice is scary.

Absolute total freak. And may his Xbox 360 continually RRoD as a punishment.
And yeah, where were the games? We got to see his fridge and quite putrid lighting, but no games? When he's built a whole shrine to the machine you'd think he'd have something like a 99% complete US set and want to show you that?

I have 99% of the collection and I wouldn't even consider doing that.
Gotta love the dedication though.

I'd make a game themed room but it would be a general theme for all consoles. Though i must admit the fridge is pretty sweet. Though his amount of games is really small considering how much money he must have put into the room.

I noticed his lack off games too. I guess he doesnt have any money left for games after building that ugly room.

Uh... it's just a green themed room. I don't see what's so interesting about it, or why a green gaming room would make one a loser. Or why anyone insists he's a "superfan". As far as rooms for lonely geeks go we've got him beat pretty hard.

(EDIT: LOL @ above post)
I admire the time and the effort and the dedication that went into it, but the 360 alone is simply not worth it...

Dude, I am not even a 360 nut and I have him beat on games by far. Well, I do have the green led theme when the lights are off with my pc, hehehe, so I win. Why are my pics not on kotaku?

The room is further evidence of brain damage. I think this guy red ringed.

I like the floor. and the fridge is an interesting idea. But yeah, totally incomplete without a giant rack of games, what the hell.

It looks nice, but the lack of games is of concern, specially if he is a massive fan.
And sorry for being vulgar, but there were times in which it sounded like he was "spanking the monkey", due to his heavy breathing....

Yeah I watched the video and the only thing I was impressed with was the mini fridge. I've always wanted one in my game room, but now I want one recessed into the wall.
And was that tall green carpeted fuzz ball on a stick suppose to be a stool?

To me he sounds like the late artist Bob Ross. "And over here we have a happy mini fridge. You can still see it in the beautiful ambiance of the green leds. Green leds are so lovely. And here we have some nice fuzzy chairs. We use those on Swingers Night. Did I mention the happy little mini fridge? It's so lovely."

When his 360 gets the red ring, do all those green LED lights in the room turn red?

No, the weirdest thing is that after spending all that money on decor he probably only had enough left for the Arcade version.
"There's some cooooooolness in the fridge....gollum, gollum." ROFL
Gott in Himmel....Is this what I sound like to my own family?

I don't think the fridge is really recessed. It looks more like he built the wall around it. The difference is that it now uses more floor space.

To have 'only' ten games is not a hindrance to be an enthusiastic gamer! Maybe he plays more than someone with 1000 games.
I watched it twice. I don't know why. Maybe it is the combination of admirable enthusiasm and creepiness.

That was insanely creepy. I thought it was hilarious he had very few games and a gamerscore of a bit over 2000. That is some serious fanboy there. Plus the aforementioned lack of seating but dearth of controllers. Maybe he gets small children to sit on his lap for the other two controllers. Ugh. I swear he sounded aroused while wawlking around....

I surprised not to see anything Halo decorated...
Fridge was too small for me...it was just a pop dispenser...
The rrom was OK but those shades of green turned my stomach. How did he manage to paint the giant swirls on the wall? That was cool enough...

He should have some red LEDs installed in the walls. Would add realism.

The spiral on the wall is cool, but I find the rest to pretty much suck.
It's like the small chain of game stores that popped up around here called Game City 360. All the floors are neon green, as well as the logo. Adding 360 to the name is completely stupid. It's like opening a game store and adding 64 to the name just because you like the N64.

glad I'm not the only one who thought this. and would that green lighting mess up your color perception when gaming?
