I live in the US. What do I need to play Pal sega genesis games?

If I got a Pal Genesis (mega drive) would it work on a US TV?

Or is there a NTSC to PAL genesis adaptor??

I think all you need is the 50/60 Hz switch.

There's some information on some mods here:

That seems really complicated. Anyone know another way?

A lot of Pal games can work in a North American Genesis without issues, I have a Kid Chamelion Mega Drive game that works fine for me.

I think there are converters available but very rare/expensive. Can anyone confirm this? Magic Key or something?

I believe these are pics of the converters;

EDIT:
Okay, I found a pic of a converter that works for US/Europe games, a Super Mega Key.

A PAL Genesis should work with most newer televisions through composite video, since most LCDs and PDPs are multi system.
