corrosion on a motherboard

hi i have a psp with corrosion on the motherboard what can i use
i am in the uk i dont know what to use any help please
i have tryed pcb cleaner

What was this corrosion caused by?

If rubbing alcohol or peroxide don't do the job, I use sand paper.

i think its a capacitor leak werd for a psp
