Well,I just had to ask you guys that ARE the powers at be....Is there going to be a CGE in 2009,or not.I have a son getting married on August 15,my luck being as it is,you guys would plan it on THAT weekend!! Haven't seen much posted on this subject since October,so....what's the word??If you were planning it,I thing by now,with only 8 months away till my son ties the knot,and me planning/submitting for summer vacation time at work or I may not get it off,there should be at least a hint of something happening...heck in the the past shows helt,by this time of the year,I was just beginning to get all warm and fuzzy feeling about the anticipation of the upcoming event and a trip to Vegas!! I'd sure appreciate any glimmer of hope,any sign,any...anything!! Rob

I read something on AtariAge about it being in Portland again this year. I will PM a guy that does some promotions for them and ask. I am to far away for this year. Last time I made it was two years ago when that Lost and Found vol. 3 was released.

"Portland?" Errr... no, it was held in Burlingame, California, in 2005 and 2006 and it's been in Las Vegas all other years except this year. So... "Portland?" O_O

Anyway, odds are very good it will be held in 2009 in Vegas sometime at the beginning of August. But dates are rarely announced before the springtime, so you won't get any answers soon, even with begging...

The NorthWest Classic Gaming Expo is in Portland. It's a local northwest thing we've been doing for a few years now. Well I am not a member yet but I know the people that do it. I was a vendor at the last show and judge for the year before.

if you looked at the cge myspace page, myspace.com/cgexpo
it states two things: location (las vegas,NV) and date( August 2009)
so with that in mind we know at least two items just not the exact
location or date(chance are they going back to Plaza,home of the broken
esclator and giant rats :) )
