So i found out the other day that my school is apparently attempting to work on a game of its own and are trying to be done by march. all i know is that it seems like i childrens game but with a few programming buddies and myself as leader of the group, if we get ahold of it we could really make it great. any ideas on how i should go about getting a copy of the programming? :evil:

i always thought it would be intoresting to start a game off in like supermario graphics then have it go to mortal combat graphics then continue on up the line to what we have now. but all in one game.:rockets:

You should ask your friends about going to the tea room , they will think your the coolest guy on campus. Its something they used to do in d and d clubs very traditional hardcore gamer stuff.

We used to code games in the morning when we weren't playing Gamma World or Car Wars. We totally made an FPS on the CoCo 3 way before id made Wolfenstein. I lost the cassette drive when the serial port malfunctioned ages ago - hours of BASIC down the drain.

Anybody who says you can't make a decent FPS with 8k RAM is full of shit.
