Can you copy a game to a SF memory cartridge using a wildcard DX?

What's a SF memory cartridge?
Wildcards dumps the games to 1.44 floppies or alternatively via parallell cable to your PC.

It's a GamePak for NINTENDO POWER. NINTENDO POWER is game-rewrite service of SuperFamicom. The inside is flash memory of 32Mbit. I was hoping that the Wildcard DX would be able to re-write to it.

No the SWC DX cannot do that.

Do you own a SWC DX? There's an option to transfer files to and from a cartridge. Is there another type of cartridge other than this SF cassette?
