I bought a copy of Digimon World 3 in a thrift this week that looks like it was wiped down with sandpaper. I pop it in and as I expected, it locks up at the load screen.
I was going to return it but I want to keep it since it's somewhat valuable and I need it for my PS1 collection. Anybody here have access to a professional resurfacing machine that can fix it for me?

If you have a hollywood video near most of them have those machines and charge $2 a disc.

Send a PM to dkthearcaderat. He works at Next Level Video Games, and I know he has resurfaced many discs for DP forum members.
