Double Dragon obscure clone I can´t remember name.

I remember this game I love to play on Arcade on the early 90's, kind of a Double Dragon knockoff, it featured two guys (one of these have a long black hair and white shirt) and the opening screen was in Japanese (or other asian language). The plot was very similar to DD, and you can use many objects as weapons, including broken bottles. I remember the perspectives of certain scenes was terrible.
Some year ago I played it on MAME but forgot to write down its name.

Anyone has a clue whitch game could it be?

Shot in the dark here, but Bad Dudes is a knockoff of Double Dragon. I don't remember the other language being present, but definitely DD-esque
