I suppose it's a decent price, it's one of those things that I personally set the price I care to purchase this game at in my mind at a maximum of $80, and that's including box and everything.

I personally think you overpaid, but that's just me. Congrats on getting it though, decent game to have complete for your collection nonetheless.

If they generally sell for 130+ then you didn't overpay, you just didn't get a deal on it. If it's a game you've wanted and are happy with what you paid then congrats!

I got the cart. only about 2 years ago for 58. Sounds about right for a complete mint copy. I like it alot. Alot of people say they like IV better but I don't think everyone has even played X.

Thanx RASK1904:rockets:

Well considering a factory sealed one just sold for around $115 on ebay I'd say you overpaid based on that. However, I'm smart enough to know that the person who won got a really good dead. Had I won for that price I would have resold it for $300. Anyway, you didn't get a good deal but if you're happy so be it.

I won it btw. But i don't plan to resell it (not unless i buy a really shiny copy) :)

You got a really good deal and I think that can be highly attributed to the seller listing it as a reseal. I should have bid on it but I'm glad a fellow DP member won it. Better we have it than a member of Atari Age. Oh wait, I have an account over there too. But it's only to sell stuff and gloat in my blog.

If you really want something, then there really is no such thing as "overpaying"

There are a few games I overpaid for or just paid a little more then I would have liked. But considering all the good deals I got, it kinda evens itself out.

...and if you paid that 20 bucks for it, then you wanted it enough to justify the purchase.

How is the seller so sure its a reseal, due to the slightly curved seal on the back? I have some snes sealed games but I am not up on what to look out for on a snes reseal.

He was not 100% sure.

He was not 100% sure.

Yea, he said he is 99% sure, but I was curious what he was basing the assumption on, is there something in the pictures that looks suspect on the seal.

The curved seal seam that is. It's not very common for sealed snes games to be like this... i'd say even very uncommon. Moreover the box itself is not in super condition. Bent here and there.
When ppl manually reseal games then they sometimes cannot make the seams straight.

Personally I think it's a legit factory seal, but you know how paranoid people can be. And this is one of the many examples that video game graders would use to make their case. "If we graded it you know it would be 100% factory sealed". Had this game been graded it would have went for atleast three times more.....maybe.

I hate the idea that a "graded" game sells for more, it is just the dumbest thing ever conceived.
