I cannot figure it.
When someone ships stuff from post office it usually gets number starting from CP. And usps gives tracking like this:
http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=CP699626942US
also same package is trackable inside my country.
But for paypal shipping i usually get this:
http://trkcnfrm1.smi.usps.com/PTSInternetWeb/InterLabelInquiry.do?origTrackNum=CJ254911133US
:D
Looks like it's not even possible to guess if seller actually shipped it or just printed a label?
WHat is paypal shipping? How is it handled? :D Is it handled by paypal or by usps? Where it's been sent from?

I've never noticed the CP vs CJ difference.

Paypal shipping is just a 'front-end'. You can use it to ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The reason for the two different messages you posted is that when they go to the PO to mail the package, they scan it into the system right then. When they print the label through paypal, the PO doesn't have any idea when they will actually get the package, and it only gets scanned into the system some time after the PO gets it. I kind of think they don't get scanned in until the reach some processing center (i.e. they don't do it right at the local PO).

I use the Pay Pal shipping all the time. My local PO only scans the packages in on reciept when "they have time". I would estimate that only 60% of my packages get scanned in right away. If they get missed at the local office, the almost always get scanned at the main processing center.
