At the top of the page it says "New case, Games 100% Guaranteed, New manual, Save 50%." That answers part of your question, I think.

I purchased some games about a week ago and despite the automated email saying that they'll likely ship in 24/48 hours, I've checked the shipping status and they're still in "processing" type mode ...
... I wonder if they're all "off" for the holidays.

I ordered 2 games on Christmas eve and received them 2 days ago. Not sure why you havent got yours yet. I live 45 min outside Pittsburgh and mine came from a Pittsburgh distribution center.

Well I got Quake Wars in a 360 case! Lol
It is the ps3 version though, they just gave me a 360 case and manual, guess that's all they had, lol. At first I thought it was totally 360 version, but the disc isn't.
