Anyone happen to have the retail version of IP for the PS2 (and not the Euro Fahrenheit)? Mind posting the dates and the file sizes from the disk? Id appreciate it.

If it helps any, i have a "preview" copy that's literally identical to the retail version. I ran an MD5 sum against them both.

Awesome, I really appreciate it :) Though you should play the game sometime if you havent..

Some slightly different dates on the disk I have, guess I get to sit down and play it again heh.

Edit: Guess its possible too Ace, dates are different anyway but files could be the same. Oh well, will play the game anyway

Well, I picked up the Xbox version to play originally, but then I saw the PS2 version in the 75% off bin so I decided to pick it up to compare the two versions eventually. Then I scored a silly good deal on the PC version and decided that I probably wasn't going to ever play the console versions. Woops.

I'll get around to playing it in the near future, I swear. :)

Ahh ok. how do you get this data because I have the normal release and the preview version of Guilty Gear Isuka. This suddenly peaked my interest a bit.

From the command line:
dir E:\ /o:g /s > C:\filename.txt

Lists all of the files in each directory for the E: drive with directories sorted alphabetically in a file named "filename.txt" in your root C: drive. Change E: to be that of your CD ROM, filename.txt to whatever you want and whatever location you want it. If you don't want to dump it to a file, just omit everything after the /s.

If you have two drives, you could also use something like WinMerge Portable (http://portableapps.com/apps/utilities/winmerge_portable).

Those should be the same. Those white labeled promos are full final release copies as far as I know.

It depends. The only ones you can really be sure on are the ones that say "Gold", Final, or R.C (for release candidate). I've even seen betas burned on the official gold master discs...
