Hello all, X'EYE owner here with a tech issue. I've had one of these for several months now and have just recently found a CD game (Sonic CD) to play with. Problem is, the onboard audio doesn't work and the games play slow as heck. In relation to the first part, CD audio plays fine: music, the intro video, etc. When you put in a Genesis game, however, or, when you play a CD game, there are no sound effects (or, in the case of the Genesis, no sound at all - music included). I'm guessing this is a cap-related issue and am wondering if anyone can confirm this. Second, all games, Genesis or CD, play like they are in slow motion, probably at half to two-thirds speed; this, as you might imagine, is pretty freakin' annoying, especially when playing something like Sonic, a game built around going fast.
Might anyone out there have some advice as to what might be causing these issues? Any help is much appreciated.
