I seem to remember this coming out late in the system's retail life, you can find a picture of it at Achika's Vidgame.net (http://www.vidgame.net/SEGA/DC.html),
Basically it's a white Dreamcast system, blue VMU, Sonic Shuffle, Sonic Adventure 1 with a SA2 demo disc, all packaged in a slip box with Sonic graphics plastered all over it.
I barely used mine and have all the packaging, Sonic Shuffle is even still sealed. I would wager that everything is near mint, though I hate to use that word because it's subjective.
