So,ive always wanted to play the original version of Super Mario Brothers 2 for the NES,not the Doki Doki Panic that the americas got. I remember seeing a tread showing a NES cartridge with Super Mario Brothers 2 the version that was on the Famicom Disk Drive. Can anyone point me to it or the store that actually sells the cartridge? Thanks in advance!

It wasn't actually released for Famicom cartridge, it only exists in cartridge form via reproductions. http://www.nesreproductions.com/ or http://www.videogamekingdom.net

There's a few places to get it made.

EDIT: I've actually seen Super Mario 2 on some famicom pirates with a different title screen. I have a multicart with it(somewhere). :)

And bootleg carts of course... I'm guessing they were chinese. I have one that I bought nearly 20 years ago.

You can always pick up Super Mario Allstars on SNES if you just want to play the game. The lost levels is Super Mario 2, with 'improved' graphics.
But if you want an actual cart to play on an NES, then you will have to do what the others have mentioned.

I can provide recommendation of VideoGameKingdom -- although it's a bit more expensive than some of the others, they're in stock and shipped fast.

or just drop six bucks and play it on the virtual console
Pirates of it are cheaper than repro's, usually. But with pirates you never know exactly what you're getting. The gameplay doesn't change from one to the next, but the title screens change, as some are hacked. Unhacked SMB2j is hard to come by. I'm not sure if all the pirates have the access code for the extra levels, but some of the older versions do.
