Wow, I remember that episode. I used to watch Video Power every morning before school.
I was disappointed when it came back as a game show in the second season.

There used to be tons of those NeoGeo arcade cabs down here from 1990-1996. After that, all those machines most likely got refurbished and they took all the headphone and memory card slots out. :(

I'm kind of surprised that there that there doesn't seem to be any full episodes of Video Power on youtube, just a few poor quality snippets. I can only vaguely remember the show, the game show version that is. I wouldn't mind watching some.
There are a ton of Gamepro TV episodes though.

I would instantly by these seasons if on DVD. I used to never miss it, though I couldn't stand Arcade for shit. I still loved the show because there was almost nothing on TV for videogames, and this was it for me.
