So there's an NES up for sale on chase the chuck wagon listed as the Hong Kong version. Only difference i see off the bat is the fact that the console says Hong Kong version on the cartridge door. Anyone know anything about this my awesome Google skills didn't turn anything up.

So, can we claim this is legitimate Nintendo or Legitimate knock off?
One thing that pops out at me is the controllers have those weird Joystick protrusions on the D-pads..

It's legitimate Nintendo. The games are pretty hard to come by if memory serves correctly.

Never seen a Hong Kong system before. Is it wrong to think the grey accents around the controller port and on the back actually look good?

Lol, I find it funny that the two bidders on this are Bidder 1 and Bidder 2

I dont like the grey, i do however like the labels on those hong kong carts they look hella snazzier than the black label us games.

Its the generic names as set up by ebay, not their actual names. like the random x***x names we get now, we have this show up on ebay as a way to keep the identity of the bidders private.

It's definitely legit. I have one of these myself, actually...bought it from JC (NintendoAge/Famicom World). Runs off of 240 V power, though :P . If memory serves correctly, the system outputs NTSC.

The carts are very similar to the ones that say 'European Version' on them (like Devil World)
However only grey/white and a bluey label!
Ill take a photo later to show :)
