How well does it work....is it worth getting? See a few cheap on ebay. I have one for Tiger LCD hand helds from way back, which absolutely stunk.

I'd say that it easier than trying to mod it so the game gear has composite out.

I have exceptionally bad vision, and the way you had to look at the gamegear straight on made it nearly impossible for me to play, but when I got one of those it forced me to look at the right angle and it killed the wierd "Green" tint you get if you look at it at the wrong angle, so I pretty much could only play the gg using that screen, myy gg looks pretty unwieldy with that the tv tuner and the ocational use of the master gear converter, but yeah to me at least its worth it, far more then the same concept for the gb.

Meh. It's ok, but makes an already cumbersome handheld even more so.

I think it's worth it... it makes what you're doing onscreen ALOT easier to see!
