I got bored and started looking at PS1 Game auctions and noticed this odd variant for Mortal Kombat Trilogy. It appears to be in a DVD Case, not a Jewel Case. Could it be custom art? I searched a couple CD Cover websites and was not able to find this exact one. Any ideas?
