Some of us can afford two TVs/consoles, so that's not a problem. And if your biggest worry is that your girlfriend might dump you for a complete stranger, well, let me say then there might be other problems to be addressed first :)

They are rather valuable, but not as rare as eBay would have you believe. I've had one for about 4 years now myself. Mine will beat my ASS in Rock Band and sometimes in Smash Bros. She has a thing for Phoenix Wright and Natsume games though.

Seriously, when you have a good woman, make sure you enjoy LIFE with her, not just one aspect of it. Games, like any activity, can get old and make your relationship stale if you have nothing else to enjoy with each other. Best of luck.

My X didn't like Games at all.She hated them and wanted me to stop playing them and sell what I had.....Me,collecting games at the time Ohh man that was rough..
This was the prime time of N64 007...After I'd see her I'd be playing that game.
Nonetheless it didn't last long we had too many differences.....:deadhorse:

Well I agree that having a girl who is actually opposed to gaming is kind of a bad situation, but I would rather have something in between...someone who doesn't love it, but accepts it like we accept them wasting their lives watching The Hills. It's not an issue of me not being able to afford two consoles; I can afford as many as I want, but my girlfriend (who likes games but not enough to buy her own shit) is not going to buy her own, and I'm not going to buy everything in sets of 2 myself so we can play our separate games. So it's constantly her bitching because she wants me to buy games she can play too but she hates all of my favorite genres (sports, rpgs, fighters).
