Hey hey! We're ready to announce the next TooManyGames event... announcing in 3... 2... 1...

Sunday May 3rd is the 8th TooManyGames event! 2009 is the 6th year of doing TooManyGames and the show is always an awesome time for gamers of ALL generations! TMG offers tournaments, contests, music, cosplaying, dozens of consoles and coin-ops setup for free play, and of course our always awesome marketplace!

We've already announced 3 tournaments, 4 player Tetris Party on Wii, 4 player Warlords on Atari 2600, and 1 on 1 Super Smash Bros Brawl! We're also going to be holding a couple tabletop RPG campaigns during TooManyGames! We're planning to announce more tournaments and events soon!

Tickets are only $5.00 and the doors open at 8:30am for anyone who pre-registers on the website!

Vendor tables are only $35.00 for a 30"x8' banquet table!

More info is available on our new website, www.toomanygames.com

Hope to see a lot of familiar and a lot more new faces!

It's been a while since I've been to one... I'll definitely try to make it! Any info on the place in Leesport (I don't really know where that's at)... this is a different place than all the others, correct? Size/environment-wise, how will it compare to the others?

It's 10,000 square feet, so bigger than our smaller events, smaller than our biggest event. 8*)

It's a full-featured TMG event, coin-ops, consoles, tournaments, all that good jazz. I'm working on getting OC Remix to come up again, they always have A+++ music to play and it adds so much to the show.

The show itself is being held during one of the market's Sunday markets (redundant much?). Basically the indoor vendors are closed (which is why we have the banquet hall) but all the outdoor vendors are open. The market itself is really neat, there's food and flowers and stuff outside, plus just normal vendors selling toys, antiques, clothes, snacks, Avon, tons of stuff. I have some pics of the inside of the market up on the website in the location section.

Awesome! I can't wait for the next TooManyGames, I've had fun both as a vendor (with Next Level Videogames) and as a regular convention-goer. I do have a question for you though, if the doors open for pre-registrants at 8:30AM, when do the doors open for those who show up at the door? Also, if I do happen to come again as a vendor, what time do you expect the vendors to show up in order to be ready at 8:30?

Every time I see your avatar I crack up. I'm an Akuma user so it's freaking hilarious to see him drinking tea and reading a book. 8*)

TooManyGames is about classic gaming as much as it is about modern gaming so we're always glad to be able to mix the two together! Salute Games will be releasing their brand new Atari 2600 game Prehistoric Times at TooManyGames!

In Prehistoric Times you take control of a caveman warrior who has to survive a dangerous journey by hunting and killing dangerous beasts and eating their flesh in order to survive! Dive into the adventure, search for the mysterious god, and try to survive!

Prehistoric Times will be available for only $15 for the game and an instruction manual. Limited quantities of the game will be available so make sure to get to TooManyGames early to guarantee your copy of this brand new classic adventure!

Alot going on at TMG as were in the final weeks of planning. First only 2 or 3 tables left if you planned on buying one id get on that.

Also!!!!! ............

The Angry Video Game Nerd has been entertaining millions of fans online for years and last October he surprised our attendees by showing up to TooManyGames to hang out, pick up some new games for his collection, and sign autographs for his fans.

This May he's decided to do something a little more official and have a proper sit-down where his fans can come up and talk about some of their favorite reviews, games that they feel need a proper flushing, and get him to sign their games, autograph books, chests, whatever's handy!

We'll update our event section soon with the time the AVGN will be sitting down to talk with everyone!

Well worth the 3.5 hour drive, I walked away with 13 games for various systems, spent around $300. I passed on some games I should have picked up (Harvest moon complete for snes, CDX system, Panzer dragoon Mini), but overall I really enjoyed myself. Also, my trip to the local Microplay store also scored me 3 more PS2 rpgs in their excellent buy 2 get 1 free sale.
