I'm currently looking for real hardware to test out backup prototypes. I need to get my hands on the following:

A decent modded or debug ps1, same for ps2, a modded dreamcast (Yes, I'm aware it's not really needed, but it makes things easier) And possibly a flash cart or copier for megadrive

backup prototypes for the PS2 probably won't work without patching them with the gold master file. If you need help, let me know. I don't really have any extra systems to sell, but i have debugs for each of those.

OH PLEASED DEAR SWEET JESUS TELL ME YOU HAVE ONE THE UGLY BLUE OR GREEN SYSTEM!!

I miss those, I worked on those for ages before ps2 came in with those dull ps2 test units

It's a really old picture, but i probably have at least 1 of everything...

One of those is supposed to be green, and the other blue. All the PS2 are TEST units, including the slimline.

Send me a PM with prices. I'm only interested in NTSC output though. Also, that thrillkill top rocks btw

Really? Every bit of preview code I've ever gotten works just fine with swap magic.

I misspoke, swap magic, HD Loader and mod chips work great with review code, you won't be able to run a "backup" of a beta on an actual devkit without patching it first.

I usually use a devkit to load betas to a hard drive, then use HD Loader to play the games on retail systems.

Well, the time has finally come for me to pass a few of my treasures along to someone else.

is that the 3do with the test switches? and what do you want for the blue debug?

The 3DO has the switch in the bottom right, I'm definately interested in that one. I have the rest. I've been trying to get the 3DO for a while now, i want to reverse engineer the switch.

I'm fairly certain it's switching between banks on an EEPROM to load a different bios. Should be simple to duplicate and mass produce.

Yeah, that's a bit much for how common those are. I just bought a PS2 test unit so i'm good in that department. Also got my modded saturn and modded xbox as well. Although I am now looking for flash carts...
