Checking Interest: PSOne w/ LCD screen

Hey guys,

I found a store locally that has a couple of PSOne units with the screens (from late in the gen). I already have one, so I didn't buy one, but I wanted to see the interest of people here and what they might want to pay for one. I know I'm newer, so if people don't trust a straight transfer, I'll list it as a private auction on eBay, but the buyer will have to pay for the eBay fees in the price.

A price might intrigue more people. I haven't posted as there is no price I can get a PSOne for $20 but for the right price I would love one of these.

how much are they selling them for? I need to replace my PS One (botched case replacement :() - are they sony brand LCD screens or third party ones?

They are the full PSOne w/ LCD Screen units, so you'd basically get an all new system & screen from Sony. I'll see what the store has for them (they have them in the back) and once I get the true price (they've been marking down a lot at the store), I'll make pricing available. I just like to confirm & be thourough (part of being an auditor :P )

Good news/Bad news - not surprisingly, the clerks at the local store didn't quite know what they had. They do have the small style PSOne systems, but they aren't the ones bundled with the screen. They have two in and they'll cost $50 dollars just to get them from the store, which, after adding in a bit for my own gain obviously, they probably wouldn't be worth it. If there is still an interest, PM me.

Correct. I was pretty disappointed myself, especially after being told they had with screen models, but dems the breaks.

picked up a PS1 with Screen for $20 not that long ago...thought it was a steel since the system was boxed/mint. The screens are still pretty cool to mess around with (especially for hooking up via RGB on older systems).
