PS2 games that are more valuable than their Gamecube versions?

This thread (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/showthread.php?t=127019) made me wonder: when it comes to games with PS2 and Gamecube ports, the Gamecube version is usually the most valuable one. So, what are the exceptions?

Oh, Mega Man Anniversary maybe. Because of the flipped controls on the GC version. B jumps? WTF? You do get use to it though.

Most multi-platform games are GC > PS2 > Xbox. Mega Man Ann may be the only title that runs counter. Xbox > PS2 > GC

PS2 Baldur's Gate : Dark Alliance had a 'Greatest Hits' release, but I imagine the original release still holds an edge over the Gamecube version because of the PS2 sequel.

The PS2 version of Mega Man X Collection seems to go for slightly more than the Gamecube version (at least at Gamestop and Amazon).

Well, in that game the Xbox and GC versions are the EO ones. They gimped the controls... at least if your a long time vs fighter player. The second analog lets you spam specials with one tap... never a good thing.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit 2

The Gamecube (and Xbox?) version was ported across with several changes including a erratic framerate and bad handling. PS2 version is superior and that seems to be reflected in the price.
