I picked this up at a thrift the other day for $1. I know its one of those NES 64 in 1 game controllers or whatever, I bought it loose with no instructions. I seem to be missing the power cord? Can someone tell me how this thing is powered?

This was the only site I could find with any info

I see that it is AC powered...I'm guessing through the 9-pin connector? Also...if anyone has this version...are games included or do I need a cart to play? Any info appreciated.

it looks like games are included, but also includes a cartridge slot to play games that aren't built in. However, that 9-pin looks like it might be for the AV cords, not adapter, however I also don't see anywhere that the ac adapter would go in either...

interesting item you got there nonetheless

The connector may also be for a 2nd controller. I have a Power Player (http://labwww.csv.cmich.edu/luke/videogames/Nintendo/NES/images/pics/PolystationOne/PowerPlayer-tb.html) with a D9 connector that's for a 2nd controller or a light gun.

The other N64-controller-familclones that I have all use AC, or the thing that would be the 'memory card' pops out and takes 4 AA batteries.

Incidentally, what is this (http://www2.freepichosting.com/Images/42341/2.jpg)? Does this plug into the unit? 'Cause it looks like the power should plug into the white connector.
