I might be picking up a PC-Engine sometime soon. I've always liked the Bonk games, but I don't own any of them. Since I know the DP price guide is sometimes out of date on some things, I was wondering if anyone had any idea which will probably cost less - the PC Genjin and PC Genjin 2 hucards together, either loose or complete, or the Gate of Thunder 3-in-1 CD? The region doesn't matter for the CD.

The DP guide says that the CD goes for about $15, but the copies on eBay right now are going for a bit more - $35 and up. I have no idea whether that's normal or not.

I would say go for the 3-in-1 anyway. You get Gate of Thunder, which is a must-have, and also the "hidden" Bomberman. The included Bonk titles are indentical to the HuCard versions, so there is no real advantage to having the Hus unless you have a GT. You can also get the 3-in-1 in English and still play on a Jp system as an added bonus. The DP guide price is a little low for this one as far as true market value goes, but $35 for 4 games isn't the worst one could do.

The 3-in-1, definitely. At least, mine was cheaper considering I bought it at a flea market for something like a dollar. 8-)

I'll keep an eye out for the CD, then. Thanks!

Nice find, Steve! I'm sure I won't be that lucky.
