To make an apples-and-oranges comparison, Working Designs paid roughly $50,000 for the localization rights to Epica Stella, while the Wachowski Bros. are receiving a minimum of $2.75 million -- and, if Infogrames/Atari sells the three million copies of Enter the Matrix it's estimating, millions in additional royalties on top of that. With that kind of cash being thrown around the game industry, no surprise that smaller publishers are struggling to survive.

That disgusts and sickens me.

Love how they misspell 'video game deels' in the second line or so.
Who's Thea Wachowski? Their mother? Sister? No doubt they've got some family members on the payroll!

Thea is Andy W.'s estranged wife, I believe, and this page is from her recent divorce filing. The Smoking Gun is filled with wonderful, nasty documents like this one.

Well, they've sold a million copies already:
http://www.gamesarefun.com/cgi-bin/newspro/fullnews.cgi?newsid1053697509,61857,
The article also points out that 4 million is the initial shipment (in North America and Europe). It also said that the game cost $30 million dollars to make! How many money fights did they have while making the damn game?! That's gotta include marketing.
On a side note, I've already heard idiots on TV say that the new "Enter the Matrix" video game is being released by video gaming GIANT Atari. Well, it sounds like the name change was a good idea. Some fools in the general public think that this new Atari has anything to do with the old one.
Is this game really that good? I've heard a lot of mixed reactions so far.

Enter The Martix is just...mixed. Killing people in the ancient art of waving your arms around like a lunatic is damn fun, and the way hand to hand and weapon based combat is mixed is quite cool. But, erm, the gun combat on it's own is -_- Oh, and the driving sections are an abomination to all that is good and holy. Bring back the Out Run engine!
