Lufia II Snes

I saw a loose copy of Lufia II the other day that came with the instructions and the fold out maps\charts\poster stuff. Basically, It had everything except the box.

They wanted 29.99 for it. Thats about the best deal I have seen locally, but wanted to ask here if it was a reasonable price.
