Games like Solar Jetman?

I was wondering if there are any other games like Solar Jetman out there? If so what system?
Are they any good?

The best one is probably Sub-Terrania for the Genesis, but there are others... links to many of them can be found here:

Of them I have Rotor (the PC version), Solar Jetman, and Sub-Terrania. Sub-Terrania, from Zyrinx, is really good, with great graphics, good music, and great, interesting gameplay with varied mission objectives. It is tough, but fun. I'd definitely recommend it.

Except that Solar Jetman is a good game if you don't suck. Even if you do suck it's still a good game.

Anyways. Sub-Terrania looks pretty good. I'm interested in playing that one. Never knew there were any other games similar to Solar Jetman.

The closest I can think of is Shred Nebula on 360, since it involves moving around with gravity and momentum in play...but it's not quite the same thing. Same with Orbient on the wii, it's not really a shooter, more a puzzle game.

You could also try the prequels to Solar Jetman, Lunar Jetman and Jetpac. They probably aren't quite what you're looking for, though, Sub-Terrania is your best bet.

Its a bit of a stretch, but I've played Choplifter 3 on the SNES, and its got some similarities
