Voice on COD world at war

Is it me or does the guy that finds the soldier on the crashed plane that says "It looks like he's hunched up on something" in the 2nd level sound just like Stimpy from ren and stimpy?

I haven't played the game but it's possible. Stimpy is voiced by Billy West, who does tons of voice acting roles. I wouldn't be surprised if he did game voices as well.
