I doubt the GTA is worth more than 20 these days. Still have the wacky box and instructions for it though.
The SF2 is pretty interesting, comes in a clamshell style VHS box with super crappy art. It's an actual NES cart, not Famicom. I got it off ebay many moon ago when they were much more lax w/ the pirate games.
