Is anywhere giving out free swap, bonuses, etc...?

Gamestop is giving out a free headband. It's the red one that ryu wears.

EBgames is your best bet. You can also pre-order it from Toy R Us, Bestbuy, HMV, & Futureshop. Make sure you check your local store first. Some location may not do it.
