Contacted data desgin interactive by email after this great news and asked them about the game and the release date this is there reply:
(by the way D.D.I. is responsible for 45% of all crap games for the wii :anubis 2 ,all the kidz games and there trademark ninjabread man)

My idea's so far

-better camera work (its like the game is trying to give you the worst camera angle possible all the time)
-better controls
-better gameplay
-better sound
-better graphics (im not really a graphic man,but common it was a port of a playstation 2 game OF 2005!)
- progres save system

Yes why a part 2 ? This game sold because its so terrible it got a cult status.
