Anyone Know How To Tell A Real Stadium Events From A Fake?

Given that this cart has been repro'd a lot in the past, I was wondering if there was any definitive way to tell if it was the genuine article or a fake? Not that I think I'm going to run into one of these bad boys any time soon, but a guy can dream, right? LOL

I can tell you the repros that were made are very very easily identifiable.

I know that doesn't help much

Yeah, easily identifiable in what way? The artwork is fuzzy? It isn't centered correctly? What is it that makes it stand out?

the label was taped on, it had a big sticker saying it was a repro, and it was the PAL label not the NTSC...

Oh ok, I thought it had been repro'd the way some very cool sites repro fan-trans games (ie so it looks professionally done).
