Small (1/4") tear on the front, upper left corner of the dust jacket, otherwise excellent shape. Any thoughts on value?

Sorry, upon closer examination mine's not exactly like the one in the link. Mine doesn't have the Japanese characters along the bottom of the cover, and it has the Playstation 2 logo in the lower right instead of the KH logo.
