I tried going to the register console section on X-Box.com, but it just keeps showing me my second broken console that is already registered? I want to register my new one that i just purchased from Newegg.

If it's already been registered by someone else you have to call them otherwise you could do it online just by logging in and selecting register new console.

If it's already been registered by someone else then you have to call them, the online way won't work.

If that's not your problem then I don't know. All you have to do is enter the serial and you're all set, it should show up. I've got about seven under my name.
